Wallpaper Pack of ,,Private Sunset" ! Prints are available, just note me!
Hmm, I like the idea of the sunset backdrop with two sets of landscape lines in the picture.
Looking out of a cove and not just into open sea, but where the water meets land again. With the way the light is mostly in the middle I think having the light expand to the right side and not the left throws the picture off balance a little, but the overall effect is still there. I'm not sure I'm a fan of the lights on the other side being so minimal. When I look at this I get the sense of being in a small, private cove and looking out onto the other side of the water, being separated from people by this mystical sun touched body of water in the fading light. The vision is a bit obscured when I look at a larger version of the picture.
The brief touch of clouds that are in the picture, that make a line through the middle draw the eye away from the line of the landscape and distract me a little bit. The buoys in the water, stretched out across the cove turn my vision a bit from "all alone on a private cove" to a more... summer camp feel.
Even though I've been nitpicking at this, I like it, overall I think you had a good eye and I would like to be standing there looking at that view!
I've never seen a photo wallpaper in the HD TV category, so it's an honour to write my first critique for a photo specifically for that purpose.
When I first looked at this, I though, "heh, just another sunset". I was proven wrong, however. It IS a sunset, but an absolutely beautiful sunset. The colours are especially rich, well balanced and the water reflects brilliantly.
The silhouettes are very crisp and positioned very well, bordering the shot and drawing your attention to the surroundings, adding more of that time you'd want to look at this photo carefully.
wonderful photo, and congradulations on the DD too.
